DIAMONDSHIELD®, a super-hard coating from DIAMONEX, has been engineered to provide dramatically improved abrasion and wear resistance for polymers and soft metals. DIAMONDSHIELD has a unique combination of extreme diamond-like properties: optical transparency, high hardness, high electrical resistance, elasticity and low friction. This exceptional set of performance characteristics provide product designers a material solution with the following valuable advantages:
