CVD Diamond

With the development of CVD diamond, MTC Diamonex can offer the all of the properties of diamond, such as exceptionally high thermal conductivity, high electrical resistivity and a low coefficient of thermal expansion without the traditionally high costs associated with the material. CVD diamond is ideal for a wide range of applications, particularly in thermal management, electronics and optics. CVD Diamond, as an economical solution that does not sacrifice functionality, has been especially successful in the production of diamond pad conditioners and heat spreaders.

DLC - Diamond Like Carbon

The Diamond Like Carbon n, (Amorphous Diamond) produced by MTC Diamonex is a high performance solution that has consistently shown improved product performance in many applications. At MTC Diamonex our materials engineers work with clients, evaluating the application requirements before finding appropriate Diamond Like Carbon solutions that can be manufactured economically. DLC Diamond Like Carbon coating offers properties such as chemical and scratch resistance, iridescent colours and biocompatibility and, as a result, has been used widely in the manufacture of optical and medical products.
